Please join us for a monthly gathering in the created sacred space of sound and silence. The afternoon will be a gentle blend of sound, stillness and meditation. Relaxing the body and mind, connecting to our heart wisdom and opening to a sense of inner peace and well being. All these are available to us, if we take the time to tune in, tune out and allow…

Within the world growing in its chaos, confusion and imbalance, creating and supporting internal states of healthy balance, vital awareness and calm beingness helps us individually and collectively. Through stillness, peaceful acceptance and knowing, we are able to stay centred in the eye of the storm and the whirlwinds of change.

Jules and Teresa will together create the time and place to be in stillness and meditation, supported by soundscape of gongs, singing bowl and other sacred instruments. Teresa will be our guide, and Jules our soundweaver companion on this journey into inner silence and wisdom. And opportunity to open your body, heart and mind to love and sacred vibration of sound, to discover the beauty within your essential nature.
