The retreat is in the lovely Chalet Des Milans in the high in the Herens Valley in the Valais, overlooking the Matterhorn. This highly personalised programme is for small groups – no more than six guests can be accommodated on each retreat. The all-inclusive rate is based on sharing a room. The Chalet offers a sauna, Jacuzzi bathroom, bodyjet shower room wifi, email & great food!

You can drive here from the UK, come by rail (TGV) via Paris or fly to Geneva airport where the train will whisk you round the beautiful Lac Leman via Montreux to our local town Sion in 90 minutes & we will meet you.

Your retreat guides are Jan Reid and Laura Payne, both Spiritual and Reiki Healers with many years experience. Jan has trained and qualified in Anatomy & Physiology with ITEC, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Tsuboki Japanese Face and Foot Massage and a member of CTHA and NFSH.  Laura has a professional background in mentoring, coaching, & facilitating personal communication group work.
