Introduction to Sound Therapy Workshop

Join us opposite the sea-front on Mumbles Road for another wonderful day of Sound Therapy.
Following on from the success of our last two workshops in Swansea, we will be holding another workshop at this popular venue.
These workshops are proving to be very popular so if you don't want to miss out on a place at this next one book early to ensure your place this time. Once again, content of the workshop will be slightly different to the others so if you have been to one before you can still expect to discover some new aspects to Sound Therapy at this one.
This time we will be focusing on using sound for your own personal development, including Sound Meditation and Hatha Yoga (The Yoga of Sound), as well as using Sound for the healing of others.
This once again promises to be an enlightening and energising day.
The workshop will culminate in a full Sound Bath, where you will have the opportunity to soak up the Healing Energy of Sound.
Tea & coffee will be provided, please bring your own lunch and something to lie on (e.g. yoga mat)
