The Mystery and the Magic – Come and enjoy a day or weekend through the turning year to reclaim, heal and realise your feminine self. These workshops over the year draw on the energies of the Celtic fire festivals and are designed to bring conscious awareness and choice to support you in your life journey. We will gather to discover the magic that a circle of deep listening and honouring offers. Jules creates a sacred space for self-enquiry, empowerment, responsibility and transformation, combining contemporary shamanism with exploration through movement, voice and creative process.

These can be attended as a single day (Saturday), which is complete in itself (this is when the main ceremony/process happens) or come for the complete weekend enabling you to dive deeper for you. These events can be taken as a complete series or individually.

Dates - Lammas/Lughnasdha Saturday 31st July or 30 July-1st August (nurturing Mother – fruits of the abundant harvest)

Samhain - Saturday 30th or 29th - 31ST October 2010 (Crone, the cycle of death and re-birth)

Times for Saturday only 10.30 – 4.30/5 pm, weekend - Fri eve until 3pm Sunday

Cost for residential weekend accommodation £70 (more details on application)

Workshop by donation (suggested amount £15-£45). Booking essential.

Singing the Soul a series of 3 afternoons over 3 months to dive deep into your voice as a path of self discovery, healing and transformation. Within a small closed group, experience how sound and voice can be used for grounding and clearing, emotional exploration, creative discovery and vibrational medicine.

Venue - Cold Blow (near Narberth) Sunday 25th July, Saturday 21st August, Saturday 18th Sept

Also at Cwmtwrch (near Swansea)   - Friday’s August 6th, Sept 3rd, Oct 1st. (4 places only)

With a possible further series on Sunday’s 19th Sep, 17th Oct, 21st Nov (venue TBC either Cwmtwrch or near Landeilo). Groups kept small for the integrity of this work.

Singing the Bones — a weekend to dive into your voice and being through your mantric voice, poetic voice, speaking, creative and singing voice and your silent voice. Tap into the depths of your creative ‘song’ and enjoy the liberation…this is not about singing !!!!!!! Explore the voice as a metaphoric pathway to being YOU, using sound and voice for spiritual practice and transformation.

At Penpynfarch near Llandysul (22-24 Oct 2010). Residential places limited to 6, booking essential.

The Wisdom of the Heart –An afternoon’s journey in sound, silence and stillness with Teresa Sherlock and Jules. Teresa guides you on the Journey, whilst Jules supports and potencises the space with gongs, singing bowls, voice and other ‘music’/sounds.
