• Use the medium of words and sounds to connect to your authentic voice
• Build a bridge to your Soul & embrace the healing which true nature offers
(During our time at the Seren we will meet within the stone circle, walk/dance the Labyrinth & connect with the landscape)
Please bring any of the following:-
Yourself, tools to write/draw with, journal/notebook/sheet music, your voice, instruments/tools to create sound, all-weather clothing, blankets, cushions, bottled water and a stone for the Seren Labyrinth.
Please let us know if you have space to offer people lifts.
