WRITING FOR THE SOUL

4 hour mini workshop to connect with your creative & authentic self

Held in a lovely room overlooking Swansea Bay

Somewhere deep inside, some of us have this yearning to discover and express our truest ourselves.  Yet often we find excuses that prevent us from taking time out to listen to our soul’s wisdom.   We invent thoughts that we are not good enough, that there are those who could do it better or that we just don’t know where to start.

Maybe you feel you would like to journal more regularly or write poetry, songs, articles or even a book.  Or maybe you are a writer and are experiencing a block.  All dreams can become possibilities.

During the course of this workshop we will:

· quiet the mind

· release ourselves from distractions

· unblock forms of resistance

· let our heart & soul speak to us

Please bring a journal/notebook to write in.   It will not be compulsory to share your work although there is an invitation to do so.

If you have come along to a previous workshop then this will still be interesting for you.
