Our level of self-esteem affects virtually everything we think, say, feel and do in life.

These two introductory morning seminars will greatly benefit everyone on the path

of personal development and growth. They will offer an opportunity to gain some

fresh insights into how some of the familiar roles we take on in life keep us in the

place of self-limitation and disempowerment.

IDENTIFYING  “THE  DRAMA  TRIANGLE”

Saturday 23rd of October  time 10am -12.30pm  cost £15.00

During this morning session we will open a space to discover our relationship to Self

and bring new understanding into the “bully, victim, rescuer drama triangle” and how

it’s dynamic often shapes the story of our lives. We will explore how sometimes

unconscious fear of consequences of having the self-esteem and empowerment prevents

us from moving forward in life. Demystifying the syndrome of “not being good enough”

and gaining new perspective on old issues allows us to develop a deeper sense of

who we truly are.

CREATING  “THE  WINNERS  TRIANGLE”

Saturday 20th of November  time 10am – 12.30pm  cost £15.00

Building on the material and insights from “The Drama Triangle” seminar we will focus

on exploring “The Winners Triangle” of assertive, nurturing and vulnerable Self. We will

start creating a sense of what it would be like to know and trust that you are “enough”

just as you are and what it would mean in your life. This will potentially allow you to have

new choices in developing a healthy, esteemed and empowered sense of Self. Moving beyond

your limitations and learning to value your strengths and abilities.
