(H)Wholistic Sessions where your mind, body, spirit and environment
are held respectfully.

During these sessions we will be Holding a Space for the hidden or yet unspoken to unfold. These sessions can be a mixture of words, silence and energy healing.

A safe space is created for you to allow whatever needs to be spoken, felt or understood to present itself to you. The invitation is for it to come forward for healing and transformation.

Sessions can be for 1hr, 1.5 hrs or 2hr sessions

Cost: £20, £30 or £40 respectively.
