Awakening the True Self

Are you willing to allow yourself to:

Why Fear Loss

This is a one-day workshop, held in an intimate and safe environment, offers you the opportunity to:-

- Examine your current relationships with both fear and loss.

- Explore ‘tools’ which will enable you to free yourself from current constraints.

- Apply your new understandings so that you may live your life to its fullest potential

Whilst creating a sacred and supportive space and honouring the parts that fear and loss have played in your lives – we will take gentle yet courageous steps in releasing the old with love and welcoming new patterns to take their place.

Upon applying your new understandings you will step more fully into a life you previously feared to dream of.

Exploring Your Purpose for Being Here

Take time out to explore through the medium of meditation/visualisation the answers to the
questions we often ask ourselves. Allow time for our highest self to speak back to us.

· take an inner journey to access insights which will aid your soul’s purpose for being here right now.

· gain information on your gifts

· release ‘old patterns/ways of being’ which are setting you back

· invite in new insights to help you release the old and nurture the new.

Before leaving you will have become more fully acquainted with Your Purpose for Being Here and gain tools to help you move forward with grace, tenderness, wisdom and purposeful intention in equal measure.

Writing for the Soul

Somewhere deep inside, some of us have this yearning to discover and express our truest ourselves.
Yet often we find excuses that prevent us from taking time out to listen to our soul’s wisdom.
We invent thoughts that we are not good enough, that there are those who could do it better or that
we just don’t know where to start.

Maybe you feel you would like to journal more regularly or write poetry, songs, articles or even a book.
Or maybe you are a writer and are experiencing a block. All dreams can become possibilities.

During the course of this workshop we will:

· quieten the mind

· release ourselves from distractions

· unblock forms of resistance

· let our heart & soul speak to us

Please bring a journal/notebook to write in. It will not be compulsory to share your work although there is an invitation to do so.
