Here we are stepping into June and the summer solstice. Stepping into the middle of the year and heart

of the matter. From this inner sanctum we can find the love and courage to connect to all we came here to be. From this place of love can we allow our shadow to show itself fully so that we may embrace it and transform it with love?

As always this form of healing needs to start with ourselves yet it is but a stepping stone to our truest form of oneness. Unity of all. From the unity of our own beingness; our personality and higher-self we can allow this to ripple out to include our families, our community, everything.

So can we brave enough to open the door, let our shadow step out of the closet, let our light stream forth without it being it being tinged with that which we are yet to work with?. Would we even bother to hide it if we knew that it was not a secret all? In fact how would we feel if we realised that it was known to all including ourselves. No longer a secret, it would loose its power and die within the beauty of the light. So what is it that holds us back? Again we come back to that old chestnut FEAR. What will others think? Who will I be if I’m no longer the person I thought I was? We have now added a sense of LOSS to the FEAR and so the conspiracy grows. Perhaps we should create an amnesty for relinquishing our shadows. We just hand them over. Release them without penalty. No Judgement, blame, revenge, humiliation, suffering, self-hatred, self-sabotage or even annihilation. In exchange we return to LOVE through the stepping stones of FORGIVENESS, ACCEPTANCE, SURRENDER, and an embracing of fuller SELF-LOVE. It is from this place we can truly melt the outward conspiracy of us and them; the conspiracy of separation and suffering. Of course being human when we let go of the fear and loss for our shadow we may try to grasp it and fear our light and power. We might mistrust our greatness for there will have been times when we abused it. And we can let that go too. Again without penalty save the acknowledgment and acceptance of personal responsibility. It is then that we surrender and accept the grace of LOVE. It is from here that we truly have the opportunity to embrace our truest self & our authentic power.

I’m noticing the synchronicity of what I’m writing and the fact that wherever I place my attention what is being reflected back to me is a great movement of awakening which is unfolding for all. For some it is the first outer petals that are testing the light and for others it is a deepening of a continuing awakening which has now reached the inner petals allowing the inner bud to be seen for the first time. Wherever you are on the journey be sure that you are not alone. It is only the belief in separation that conspires to make it so. Be very sure we are certainly moving together albeit in way yet beyond our current understanding. Further synchronicities can be seen in many sections of this enewsletter which I’m sure you will spot.

I wanted to share the following words with you which I often refer to in my workshops. They were quoted by Nelson Mandela in his inaugural speech and came from Marianne Williamson’s book A RETURN TO LOVE, which is based on THE COURSE OF

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us..

We ask ourselves,

Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that

other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine, as children do.

We were born to make manifest
