Please come and join us for this first of our monthly gatherings, to create a Sacred Space for stillness and sound. Take some time out for reflection, contemplation and stillness and the wonderful opportunity to dream and vision your intention for the New Year.

The afternoon will be a gentle blend of sound, stillness and meditation, to focus on connecting to the wisdom of our heart, the centre of our being. Listening to its inner voice and calling, we are guided and supported by this treasure within. Jules and Teresa will together create the time and place to be in stillness and meditation, supported by a soundscape of gongs, singing bowls and other sacred instruments. Teresa will be our guide and Jules our soundweaver companion on this journey into silence and inner wisdom. Time - 3-5pm doors will open from 2.30 pm

Cost - £10.00 including tea and coffee
