ANGEL MEDITATION WITH TERESA SHERLOCK

Fortnightly starting Tuesday the 2nd & 16th February, 2nd, 16th & 30th of March 2010

The focus for this series of meditation will be on looking at some of the qualities that Archangels bring into our lives as well as connecting and meeting with your own guardian angel. Each session will be a gentle blend of exploration of angelic realm, followed by a guided visualisation.These evenings will also provide a great opportunity to take some time out of your busy life to create a space for reflection and stillness.

The main part of the evening will centre around angel cards meditation. Opening your Heart and mind and inviting angelic presence to take you on the journey of healing and Self discovery. A lovely reminder that angels are always by your side, waiting to be invited into your life, to bring guidance, protection and inspiration in times of need and in times of joy.

Experience in meditation is not necessary, willingness and curiosity to explore will be most welcome. These meditation evenings can be attended as a series or on one off basis, booking is essential.There will be an opportunity to socialise and mingle before and after each session.I look forward to sharing this time with you.
